Gew\u00fcrze (Thymian, Rosmarin, Oregano, Basilikum)<\/li>\n<li>500gr Jod- oder Meersalz<\/li>\n<li>bei Bedarf nat\u00fcrlich auch weiteres Suppengem\u00fcse ( z.b. Tomaten, Broccoli, Blumenkohl etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Vorbereitung:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>M\u00f6hren, Zwiebeln und Sellerie\u00a0sch\u00e4len. Paprika entkernen, Porree waschen und die gr\u00fcnen Bl\u00e4tter abschneiden.<\/li>\n<li>Das ganze Gem\u00fcse klein schneiden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n<p>1. Nun die Backbleche bei 50\u00b0C (Umluft)\u00a0sechs Stunden trocknen lassen. Anschlie\u00dfend die Masse aus dem Backofen nehmen und pr\u00fcfen wie feucht die Masse ist. Gegebenenfalls das ganze neu vermischen (Pfannenwender) und noch einmal bei 75\u00b0C eine Stunde trocknen lassen. Ihr habt nun Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche-Flakes.\u00a0(NICHT WUNDERN: DER GERUCH IST INTENSIV!!!
